Change in Salaah / Namaz timings could also affect and change class timings.
If prayer timings coincide with class timings while having lecture then you
will have to spare 10 minutes for offering prayer.
Get your child ready 5 minutes before class timings so that class should be on time.
Good quality laptop / tablet, good quality headphones and good internet service is required to ensure best quality educational experience.
It is a rule of online education that the fee is paid in advance. We charge 1 to 3 months in advance. It should be paid on time so that our services could run smoothly and efficiently. If the student goes on vacation for 1 or more than 1 month then he will have to pay the fee for that period too because the organization is responsible for reserving the time slot of that student. Hence, when the student wants to join again after returning, he will not be in the situation that his/her time slot is alloted to any new student in his absence.
Parents must ensure that the assignments are completed and submitted on daily basis so that the students’ progress is up to the plan.
The teacher is only responsible for the progress of the student if the parents as well as students follow the instructions of the teacher.
The parents may discuss at times about the teaching approach to gain more insight. However they can’t question or criticize the teaching methods. They must be concerned with the results which are 100% guaranteed provided that our guidelines are followed.
One of the parents must sit with the kid in order to assist in handling the device. However, they must not interfere during the session i.e. correcting mistakes or meddling with the learning process unnecessarily. It is the teacher’s job and responsibility to correct the mistakes. If parents intervene unnecessarily then the kid will get confused and discouraged.
The level of teaching we provide will make the parent a quran teacher as well if he/she sits with the child and listens and practices attentively. This will benefit the parents free of cost i.e. Without paying Double fee.
Teachers as well as parents must avoid harsh and scolding behaviour during class time.
On finding any awkwardness in teacher’s behaviour the administration of the institution (MR MUHAMMAD SAJJAD) must be informed immediately.
We strictly prohibit any types of gifts. Our demand is only fee on time. If teacher demands any types of gifts then the administration must be informed immediately.
Discussion related to teacher’s performance will be held every two weeks. Discussion must be frank without hesitation so that service quality remains upto the mark.
If the teacher misses a class then he/she has to make up for it on the weekends. However, if the student is absent because of his own problem then the organization is not bound to make up the missed class.
The timings can’t be altered or changed when once finalized. The day timing changes of students’ country will also have no effect on the organization timings. The students will have to adapt according to the organizational timings when once settled.
Other than the ten holidays of last ten days of Ramadhan, three holidays of EidulFitar and EidulAdha each and 2 weekend holidays every week there is no other official holiday on organization’s part.
Keep us informed about the child’s monthly test report so that better results can be provided.
You can consult owner of the organization (MR MUHAMMAD SAJJAD) twice a month for child’s better brought up and lectures.

Normally it takes 25 to 30 months to finish the complete quran with tajweed for a fresh kid. However, it may take more time for students who have studied previously from another qari/qaria, or if the kid has some kind of disability. We ensure that our teachers provide 100% quality educational experience. Hence, be patient in terms of your child’s progress and be confident in our sincere efforts. We can’t provide quality experience without mutual trust and respect. We regularly upload our recorded content on social media which is a proof in itself of our honest and dedicated approach towards the Quranic and Islamic education of Ummah.

Respectful Interaction druggies must interact hypercritically with preceptors and other scholars. Any form of importunity, abuse, or unhappy geste won’t be permitted.
